Variable Degree Plans
For the student who is unable, as a result of special circumstances, to complete the requirements for any of the above degree plans. These are usually students who are limited to night classes.
Certificate of Biblical Studies - 1 Year
This certificate is given for the completion of ten classes. No specific degree plan is followed. No ministry training, practicum, or chapel attendance is required.
Certificate of Biblical Studies - 2 Years
This certificate is given for the completion of twenty classes. No specific degree plan is followed. No ministry training, practicum, or chapel attendance is required.

Church Attendance
Family Worship Center, the 7,000-seat sanctuary on the grounds of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, is the home Church for all WEBC students. All full-time students are required to faithfully attend both services on Sunday and the Wednesday evening service. Students are encouraged to attend all other special services and conferences. Students who were Baton Rouge area residents attending a Church of like faith before entering WEBC may leave their membership with and continue attending that Church upon written approval from the Dean of Students.
While attending WEBC, students are encouraged to get involved in many of the activities and outreaches of FWC. Students will have the opportunity and privilege of learning and growing under the anointed ministry of Brother Swaggart and other outstanding pastors, evangelists, and missionaries.
Student Ministry
The Student Ministry Program is considered to be one of the most important distinctives. We believe that our students must be involved in ministry throughout their tenure at WEBC. In light of the Great Commission and the urgency of the times, we must prepare our students to begin their ministry now. Therefore, all full-time students must be involved in the Student Ministry Program and must attend weekly evaluation and planning sessions.top of page
